The specially formulated polyurethane aliphatic, (UV stable), resin we have developed has outstanding chemical properties with super strong adhesive. It is the most refined resin in the industry and has been manufactured to rigorous standards in an ISO 10991 environment, using A grade materials from a quality supply chain. No solvents are used during the highly controlled manufacturing process. We recommend only using UV stable resin for external resin bound systems in order to prevent any yellowing and colour change.
Our manufacturing process differs from all the other resins available on the market. When manufacturing our resin bound mixture, we don’t use moisture scavengers. This means that we completely get rid of any moisture in the resin that could cause the resin to bubble and go cloudy.
Our aliphatic resin, ResinBound UVR Pro is the professionals choice of resin. From a performance perspective, it is UV stable and so will not discolour with light from the sun – this we can guarantee. The resilient and tough polymers in our aliphatic resin ensures that is strong yet flexible. It allows for a stable resin surface that is resistant to cracking.
